Shiwly's Creations does not operate as an instant checkout catalogue. Most orders are discussed, customized, quoted, and confirmed manually based on the occasion, quantity, budget, contents, packaging, delivery location, and availability.
Quotes and order confirmation
- A quote is an estimate until the order details, timeline, payment terms, and availability are confirmed.
- An order is considered confirmed only after we accept it and the agreed advance or payment is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Prices may change if quantities, contents, packaging, delivery address, personalization, timeline, or other requirements change.
- For bulk or urgent orders, we may request a larger advance, staged payment, or full payment before procurement or preparation.
Customization and availability
Custom hampers are made with available products, packaging, and materials. Exact colors, finishes, containers, flowers, ribbons, textures, and product brands may vary from photos or references. We will try to stay close to the agreed direction and will discuss meaningful substitutions where practical.
Customer-supplied items
- You may ask to include your own items in a hamper, subject to suitability, safety, size, fragility, shelf life, and handling limits.
- Customer-supplied items must be provided on time and in usable condition.
- We are not responsible for quality, expiry, legality, authenticity, or defects in customer-supplied items.
- Fragile, perishable, liquid, high-value, or sensitive items may be refused or accepted only with specific handling limitations.
Photos and references
Website photos, samples, references, mockups, and lookbook images are for guidance. Because hampers are customized and often assembled by hand, the final result may vary in arrangement, color, product availability, lighting, packaging, and small finishing details.
Delivery and handover
Delivery timelines, charges, handover method, and delivery area are confirmed per order. Incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, security restrictions, traffic, weather, courier delay, or events beyond our control may affect delivery. More details are provided in the Delivery Policy.
Changes, cancellations, and returns
Custom gifting work often begins before final assembly, including sourcing products, preparing packaging, reserving materials, and planning labour. Changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled under the Order, Cancellation, and Return Policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through direct discussion. If legal proceedings are required, they will be subject to the appropriate courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
